1. High pressure hydro roof wash to thoroughly remove all dust loose grime, dirt and fungus.
2. Repair ridging with an acrylic patching material.
3. All valleys are inspected and cleared out (blocked valleys are common cause of roof leaks).
4. Check all side wall flashing and ensure all in good stand if not, use fibre-glass membrane depending on circumstance.
5. Replace up to 30 broken tiles. Spray balance which have not been installed and leave to client for any future use.
6. Repair chipped tiles with an acrylic patching material.
